HR Tools
Brella Group has developed an innovative and comprehensive suite of HR tools for employers based on the steps to offering better work opportunities to young people - Plan, Select, Induct, Mentor, Evaluate and Communicate.
These tools were developed for Smart Waikato Trust's FutureForce® Action Network (FAN) using in-depth research to identify best practice work experience, internships, apprenticeships, cadetships and jobs for young people.
